The Naija Artificial Intelligence Film Festival (NAIFF) proudly announces its inaugural edition, marking a groundbreaking moment for new age possibilities in Nollywood and, indeed, African cinema. As Nigeria’s first-ever festival dedicated to AI-filmmaking, NAIFF is set to explore the intersection of technology and storytelling, opening new doors for filmmakers and creatives in general.

Founded by visionary filmmaker and creative strategist Obinna Okerekeocha, NAIFF was created to champion the next frontier of cinematic innovation. With artificial intelligence rapidly penetrating and reshaping the global film industry, Nollywood faces a pivotal moment, one that creates an opportunity to embrace an already known future where human creativity and Artificial intelligence will work hand in hand to accelerate her capacity. NAIFF will serve as a platform to foster an ethical integration while highlighting innovative filmmakers.

NAIFF is about giving a new generation of filmmakers the space to experiment and innovate, enabling them to bring distinct and powerful stories to life. The Nigerian content space and indeed, Nollywood has always been a space of rapid creative growth, and now, with AI, there is a chance to set new standards for filmmaking.
